Stainguard Pro respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you book a service, buy a kit or apply as a partner, and how we protect it.

Name, phone number, email address, service address and the details you share about the surfaces or fabrics you want protected. For orders we also store the items purchased and payment status. We never store full card numbers.
To confirm and schedule your booking, share arrival updates, deliver orders, honour warranty claims and answer support questions. With your consent we may also send offers about new protection services.
We share only what is necessary with our trained technicians, authorised service partners and delivery or payment providers who help fulfil your request. We do not sell your data.
Records are kept as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal requirements, on access-controlled systems. Only authorised staff can view customer records.
You may ask us to correct or delete your details, or unsubscribe from promotional messages, by writing to connect@stainguardpro.com.
