Prices depend on surface area, fabric type and condition, and are confirmed after inspection. Payment is due on completion of the treatment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancel or reschedule free of charge before the technician is dispatched. Once the team has reached your location, a visit charge may apply.
Our protection is invisible and breathable, but results depend on the condition of the material. Heavily worn, previously treated or damaged surfaces may accept protection unevenly; our technician will tell you before starting.
We take full care of your belongings and carry out a patch test where required. Our liability is limited to re-treating the affected area or refunding the amount paid for it.
Kits must be used as per the printed instructions. Sealed products can be returned only if unopened and undamaged.
