The protective layer applied by our technicians is warranted to repel water-based and oil-based spills for the period mentioned on your service invoice, under normal household or office use.
Fabric and upholstery protection: 1 year. Hard surface and stone protection: up to 5 years depending on the package chosen. The exact term is printed on your invoice.
Damage from harsh chemicals, steam or machine cleaning, sharp objects, dye transfer, pre-existing stains, structural damage, or re-treatment by another provider.
Blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth, avoid bleach and solvent cleaners, and follow the aftercare card handed over at the end of the service.
